Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Relevant Field
Department: Marketing Unit
Experience: 1-2 Years in Payments Reconciliation
Requirements:
To reconcile the in-house debit & credit card transactions
To verify the vendor claim amounts and prepare payment decks to proceed
Maintain and report daily/monthly track of issued & pending payments from vendors.
To ensure that the payments are duly processed within TAT
Record keeping of internal/external payments
Developing reports for the Senior Management.
To liaise with the finance personnel (in-house & external)
Involve in projects relating to the enhancement of reconciliation processes
Skills:
University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or another related field
Relevant experience as an accounting officer or in a similar role
Experience in the use of MS Office applications
Organizational skills and good attention to detail
Strong team spirit,
Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills
